New Clients

• For vaccine-only appointments, our doctor will perform a wellness exam to ensure your pet is healthy enough for vaccinations. This includes vaccines, heartworm tests, fecal tests, deworming, microchipping, ICON, laser treatments, and nail trims.
• A $40.00 office call fee applies for the wellness exam. If additional health concerns are identified, you can upgrade to a full examination for a $55.00 office call fee after your approval.

We accept a limited number of same day urgent appointments each day. For best availability please call or text us as soon as possible. Our ability to help you and your pet greatly diminishes as the day goes on. We will do our best to accommodate your pet the same day. A $75.00 office call fee applies for urgent medical exams vs our normal $55 office call fee.

If your pet has been seen for an injury, illness, consult exam, we waive the office call fee for the same issue within the next two weeks. Please schedule a recheck appointment as soon as possible if problems persist. We do not accept walk-ins for rechecks, so timely follow-up is encouraged for thorough care.
